Overview
DisQ provides Walt Disney World park schedules, wait times, showtimes, dining walk-up estimates, favorites, and alerts.
This app is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Disney.
Data Stored On Your Device
The app stores favorites, alert settings, alert trigger history, and park overview display preferences on your device. This information is used to show saved items, evaluate alerts, and keep your preferred overview layout.
Android backup and device transfer may include this local app data so it can be restored on another device, depending on your Android backup settings.
Data Sent To The Backend
The app normally requests park schedules, wait times, showtimes, and dining data from the DisQ backend. The backend caches public park-data responses so app users share the same upstream data instead of each device independently requesting it.
If the DisQ backend is unavailable or cannot be reached, the app may temporarily request the same public park data directly from its public third-party source so core wait-time, schedule, dining, and alert features can keep working.
In the current release design, the backend does not store your favorites, alert settings, device token, account information, location, or other user identifiers.
Network providers necessarily receive the information needed to route each request and return a response. DisQ does not read or store users' IP addresses, use them to identify users, or infer users' locations. Automatic Cloudflare request-invocation logging is disabled, and DisQ's operational logs do not include user or device identifiers.
Permissions
- Internet access is used to load park schedules, wait times, showtimes, and dining availability.
- Notification permission may be requested if you create alerts so the app can show alert notifications.
Third-Party Park Data
Park, attraction, showtime, and dining data comes from public third-party park-data sources. Data may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or different from official park operations.
Dining availability represents walk-up wait estimates, not reservations.
No Ads Or Analytics
The current release design does not include ads, analytics SDKs, or crash reporting SDKs.
Deleting Data
You can remove favorites and alerts inside the app. You can also delete local app data through Android system settings or by uninstalling the app.
